Meet Peggy

I was born and raised in Ohio and moved to Florida after receiving a degree in marketing and advertising from Ohio University. My early career choices included sales in advertising, media and technology.

In the early 80's, I began a new career in medical surgical product sales, traveling throughout the United States. I enjoyed the challenges of this fascinating work, attending thousands of surgical procedures over several years.

My real estate experience began in Florida over 10 years ago. I built and remodeled several properties for investment purposes. I enjoyed the process of searching out hidden values and turning them into treasures. It was only natural that I would turn to a full-time career as a licensed real estate broker in Colorado.

I chose to live in Steamboat Springs over 7 years ago after several visits for ski vacations and business trips. Steamboat offers a way of life rarely found anywhere. I love the small town atmosphere where we know and care about our neighbors. Steamboat's clean mountain air, water and numerous activities offer a healthy lifestyle year round.

I receive tremendous satisfaction working with my clients, assisting them in buying and selling their homes. It brings me great pleasure helping someone achieve their real estate goals.

My years of marketing and sales experience give me the solid background I need when listing and selling homes. I have developed a large database of physicians, executives and professionals that I market to on a continuous basis.

I enjoy the challenges this career offers, whether working with investors, longtime residents or folks purchasing property in Steamboat for the first time.
