| 2 cups pumpkin puree 1 cup evaporated milk 1 cup white sugar 1/2 cup self-rising flour |
2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup butter 1 pinch ground cinnamon |
DIRECTIONS:
| 1. | Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). |
| 2. | Combine the pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, flour, eggs, vanilla, melted butter and ground cinnamon to taste. Spoon into a casserole dish. |
| 3. | Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour. |
